Doug is a pug mix puppy born in December who loves life!  If you are looking for an adorable puppy who loves to play, Doug is the boy for you!  Doug is very cuddly and LOVES to snuggle.  He would spend all day in his foster mom's arms if he could.  He is the perfect lap dog.

Doug is great with big dogs and small dogs - he doesn't seem to notice the size difference between him and other dogs.  Doug would be perfect as an only dog or in a home with other another dog.  He is interested in cats but easily distracted from chasing them.

Doug sleeps in his crate at night and is in his crate while his foster parents are at work.  He doesn't mind being in the crate with some toys to play with and a soft blanket!  He is doing very well with potty training and has only had a couple accidents.  Doug will always go potty when he goes outside, he is working on figuring out a signal for when he needs to be let out.

Doug loves to play with chew toys and run around.  When he gets really excited he will bark while playing but that's the only time we have heard barking so far.  Doug is good with children, probably because they like to run around and play as much as he does!
