Hi my name is Meredith, I am named after Meredith Grey from Grey's anatomy. My foster mom thinks I am about 2 years old. I was living on the streets with my babies, Peeka & Finn, trying to protect them from the dangerous world.  Thankfully, they were captured with me so that we could all be saved from the scary outside world together. I am very cautious with new people and new things in my life. This is because when you grow up on the streets, you can't trust anyone and it takes time to overcome that fear. I don't trust anyone until they have earned my trust. I take time to warm up, but once I trust you I am extremely loving and affectionate. I love to accept kisses on my head and I love to rub my face against my humans face. I am a purr machine, I love attention from my trusted human and I'm slowly learning how to play.  Because of my trust issues, I would flourish in a quiet home. I can't overcome my fears in a home that is too active so I would do best with older children and adults. I love other cats and would prefer to be in a home with another cat, perhaps one of my children could live with me forever. I would like that since I am such a good momma.  I am very attached to my children. I haven't met dogs yet, but I think I could probably adjust to a dog that is not too active. If you choose me I will be forever grateful to live in a forever home with my trusted human. Once you have gained my trust, you will have it forever and we will have a special bond like no other. Trust in me and I will trust you.
