Hi!  I'm Kylie.  I'm a beautiful brindle colored female hound mix who is looking for a family.  I'm the perfect size. I weigh around 40 pounds and I probably wont get much bigger.  I was born in March 2016.  I currently live in a home with 3 other dogs and 2 human kiddos ages 9 and 11.  I do great with all (except my foster brother is a great Dane mix and his size scares me, so we currently don't play together).  I was at the shelter for a while, so I am still adjusting to living in a home and all the noises that go along with that.  What that means is that I am a little timid.  New people make me nervous.  I want to see them and go up to them, but I'm just not totally ready for that.  However, once I get to know you, I will love you, cuddle and be your best friend.  I need to take things slowly, so no trips to PetSmart or the dog park for me yet.  Also, my foster Dad does not think that an apartment type situation would be good for me with the doors and elevators and such, at least right now.  My foster Mom says "baby steps" all the time and that seems to be working.  It has taken me awhile to just be okay with my new living arrangement, so I have not started going on walks or learning basic commands.  I spend my exercise time in the back yard with my family.  Walks look fun, and I am looking forward to them in the future, just not right now.  I am mostly potty trained and can stay in my crate for 6-8 hours.  If you are patient and are looking for a loving, kind pup, come see me.  You will fall in love with my cuteness and my gentle soul.  See you soon.
