Meet Natalie!  She is a sweet, little female Beagle/Hound mix.  Her birthdate is approximately 6/23/16.  She had a difficult start to her life, and as a result, she and the rest of the litter are shy and nervous in new situations.

Natalie was rescued on 9/15/16 and is getting more social and less afraid every day, yet she is still timid around new people.  She will now wrestle and play with other dogs. (see video) She is very cuddly and loving with her humans and loves to be held.

Natalie is doing very well with her potty training.  She is potty trained on a schedule with very few accidents.  She does not as yet have a way to signal when she needs to go out.  She goes outside with the rest of the dogs in her foster home to go potty.

She is crate trained.  She willingly goes into her crate - of course she then expects a treat for her effort.  She is able to go 9 hours in her crate at night with no accidents.

Natalie would like to find a home with a family who will be patient and loving while continuing to work with her to further build confidence and trust.    An ideal home for her would include a gentle dog who will help her learn how to be happy and relaxed living in a home with humans.  If you think you have that home, fill out an application to meet Natalie and see how sweet and snuggly she can be.
