Hello! I'm Shiloh! I'm a 2 year old terrier mix about 15 pounds and am full grown. I am house and crate trained, although I prefer to stay out of the kennel. I am a good buddy to have around and mom says I am the perfect mix of playful and calm. Being a terrier, I love to run and jump, but I also love to snuggle and I am pretty darn good at it. Being so small, I can fit in just about anyone's lap. Also, if you have other pets, it is no problem! I get along with cats just fine and do well with dogs after an initial introduction.

Nobody really knows what my life was like before rescue, but I can be a little nervous until I feel comfortable with my situation. For example, when new people come over, it can be really scary to me so I tend to bark lots at them at first. I just want to make sure the strange people don't hurt me! However, with a little time, I will warm up and once I make friends, I make friends for life. Because of this, I require a family who can give me time to warm up to strangers and provide me with structure to help me gain confidence and keep me safe. A quieter home with older kids (12+) would be best.

Overall, I am a fun little dog who will make someone a great companion. I am loyal, playful and eager to please. I just need someone to take a chance on me. Will that be you?
