My name is Goldie.  I am about 78# and they say I am between 5 and 8 years old.  I am a really laid back girl who loves to cuddle.  I think I am a lap dog and my favorite place in the world is on the couch cuddled up on my foster mom.  I do have arthritis but it is under control and I now bound up and down the stairs with the rest of the dogs in my foster home.  I don't need a ton of exercise but do enjoy going for walks.  I especially love to play fetch with a tennis ball.   If you throw me a ball I suddenly become like an overgrown puppy but don't expect me to give it back to you!  I get along great with other dogs and used to live with a cat that I just chose to ignore.  I haven't been around small children but I haven't reacted to much that has been thrown my way.  I am potty trained and can be left out while you are gone but I don't mind the crate either.  Thunder storms and fireworks make me nervous but if I can sit close to you I do just fine.  My foster family thinks I am absolutely amazing and says whoever gets to have me as their forever dog is so incredibly lucky!
